We will file your federal and state income tax returns that are due April 15th (March 15th for S Corps and Partnerships). This includes both business and personal income tax filngs.
All clients receive a complementary extension if additional times is needed.
Our process includes:
1. You upload your tax documents and complete a series of questionnaires in our secure online portal.
2. We ask any necessary follow up questions.
3. We provide a draft of your tax return including a personalized video explanation in plain language.
4. Upon your approval, we proceed with collecting necessary e-signatures and completing your tax filing.

What is Ad-hoc Tax Advising?
Are you struggling to find clear answers to your tax questions online? Are you looking for a second opinion on tax advice you've received? These sessions allow non-clients to get one-on-one support anytime throughout the year, obligation-free.
Topics can include business structuring (LLC, S Corp, C Corp, etc), business deductions, quarterly estimated taxes, recordkeeping, and general tax planning.
$200 covers a one-on-one 50-min meeting with Rosemary (Enrolled Agent). She will offer guidance and clarification during the meeting and send a follow up email with resources along with additional information on any topics that were not addressed during the meeting.
